Watching televisions will never quite be the same again. Most of us like to unwind at the end of the day with a nice show on television. Television watching is the one thing that has remain unaffected by time: the ritual of watching favourite shows and discussing them the next day is still very prevalent in popular culture. Technology heavy weight Sony has recently unveiled the latest in a line up of exquisite televisions. Using its own creations as benchmark, Sony has created a very new, cutting edge television.
Sony's new Bravia 4K television is one that is unparalleled in function and form. For starters, it occupies an entire wall. Currently one of the largest tele in the market, this digital giant is 84 inches of pure joy. Side speakers attached to either side of the television have a special surround sound ability, allowing the viewer to enjoy an almost cinematic sound system. The television also features Sony’s “4K X-Reality PRO” super-resolution high
picture quality engine, allowing for a clear and crisp display, regardless of the original resolution of the show. With four times the sharpness of a regular HD TV, the 10 unit side speakers (five on each side) add on to the experience of this television. The cherry on the cake will have to be the playstation 3 software that comes with the television, allowing for high resolution photograph play back and organization.
Given the splendid features, what about that size? Clearly before buying a product this grand in nature, the smart consumer will start weighing the options of space. And if space is to be considered, then we need to understand that houses are shrinking. As most of us live in high-rise flats or condominium units with relatively little space for a television to occupy an entire wall, position and size would be a very real concern for many. It is essential then to consider how much the television is important within the household construct. This is really meant for a movie fanatic, who loves the grand nature of technology to take over the living room. If bringing the cinema home is an essential part of the to-do list, this television is one of the many pillars that will hold up the house. Truly a wicked experience.
